2006 Chardonnay

Corcoran Vineyards has produced only one Chardonnay for 2006 and this wine is a nice balance between our previous stainless-steel Reserve Chardonnay and our Barrel Select Chardonnay. This full-bodied white balances the complexity of oak and fruit through a nice long finish. The aroma offers hints of peaches and vanilla. Traditional chardonnay lovers will notice the oak tannins while those who desire a stainless steel chardonnay will appreciate the crisp, fruit flavors. Best paired with chicken or pork prepared with richer, creamier sauces. Add a sprinkling of toasted nuts to your dish to accentuate the flavors in this wine.
